 well, I wasn't planning on finishing this piece but someone convinced me to. Day of the Dead is a day to remember our loved ones who have deceased but rather than being a day for mourning, it's generally a day of cheer and good thoughts. I went to a Day of the Dead festival on Sunday and was inspired to make this piece. However I knew I wasn't gonna finish it in time and so I gave up. My friend convinced me to go through with it regardless of whether or not the holiday is long gone. I hope you guys enjoy this piece as much as I enjoyed making it.
